To support you on your path, I bring over 20 years of experience as an HR professional. I offer a deep understanding of the corporate world you navigate. My academic foundation includes an Honours Degree in Psychology, with a specialisation in Applied Psychology for Professional Contexts. This specialisation gives me unique insights into human behaviour and motivation within the world of work.

I am a proud registered member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), committed to the highest standards of professional coaching. Additionally, I’m an accredited practitioner in the iEQ9 Enneagram and Clarity4D personality profiling tools. I use these powerful tools to help you gain profound self-insight and uncover your unique strengths and challenges.
